Both I, the parent / guardian, and the player agree to the following video model release and terms of service for production of my video highlight files.
Midcity Vipers Basketball, will be using contracted video services to produce content requested for desired highlight video. As the parent / guardian of the player, you give us rights to capture photos, film, and video of the player needed to produce your desired highlight film. You also agree to the estimated production time of 2-3 weeks delivery of video files. The delivery method for your files may vary, but will usually be supplied via Dropbox link, or similar cloud file sharing service.
